Designed by Axel Einar Hjorth in 1932, the Utö library table was produced by Nordiska Kompaniet from acid-stained and oiled pine. The design consists of a thick rectangular top supported by two tapered, sculptural feet, reflecting the restrained forms of Hjorth's sportstugumöbler series.
